Specific: submitting research under the Dutch WMO Act to CCMO

If CCMO is the reviewing committee then you must submit all documents concerning the primary submission by email (preferably by Eurolink) to the CCMO reviewing committee: tc@ccmo.nl. The signatures in the cover letter and other  documents may be an insert; a scan of ther original document also suffices.

You are required to submit all digital documents in pdf format. It is not permitted to submit password-protected pdf files, not even if the password is provided.
