H2. CV coordinating investigator
In multicentre research, a coordinating investigator bears the responsibility for the coordination of investigators operating in the various participating centres. Not all multicentre research will have a coordinating investigator at its disposal. You are not required to appoint one.
You are required to submit a recent CV of the coordinating investigator for review. The CV to be submitted does not need to be signed and should at least bear a date showing that it is recent. However, the sponsor and investigator are required to have a signed CV on site in their own study file in accordance with the principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
