Decision period and legal protection after the administrative appeal
In principle, the CCMO has 16 weeks to decide on the appeal. This period starts on the day on which the period (of 6 weeks) for submitting the notice of administrative appeal expires. The CCMO can extend this period by 10 weeks.
An appeal against a decision on an administrative appeal by the CCMO can be submitted to a court. This is also subject to certain requirements in the General Administrative Law Act.
